Joe O’Brien, the current president and CEO of Island Surf Company, will continue in his role following the acquisition. O’Brien expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration, stating that it will open up new opportunities for Island Surf Company to expand its reach and offer coastal-inspired footwear to a wider audience. Alen Mamrout, the CEO of American Exchange Group, also expressed optimism about the acquisition, highlighting the potential for growth and development with the addition of Island Surf Company to their portfolio.
