Crawford Prezioso of Colliers South Carolina recently represented Sweetbriar Property Holdings LLC in the investment sale of a seven-unit apartment complex at 2451 and 2455 Gervais St. in Columbia to Giuseppe Bovino. The complex, which was 100% occupied at the time of the sale, was sold as an opportunity for investors seeking prime multifamily assets in Columbia. Prezioso, a Senior Brokerage Associate, noted that the multi-family market in Columbia remains steady, and that there are few multifamily deals of this size available in the market. He also stated that they secured an aggressive purchase price and sold the property quickly, and highlighted its appeal due to being fully renovated and near the vibrant Five Points area.
