In India, the number of reports reached about 2,200 during the outage’s peak timings.
The majority of users in India, accounting for 78%, had issues with server connection, while 13% faced problems logging in, and 10% experienced glitches during gameplay. In the US, 56% of users reported problems with the server connection, 33% encountered issues with the website, and 11% complained about poor gameplay.
