1 Dead, 1 Injured in Shooting in Downtown Stockton: Police Report

A shooting incident in downtown Stockton resulted in the death of one teenager and another being hospitalized, as reported by the Stockton Police Department. Authorities were alerted to the scene on North Center and East Lindsay streets at approximately 4:35 p.m. following reports of gunshots. Upon arrival, they discovered two teenage boys, aged 15 and 16, both suffering from gunshot wounds. Tragically, one of the teenagers died at the scene, while the other was rushed to a nearby hospital. The survival of the second teenager has been projected by police.
