Coroner IDs two fatalities in plane crash in West Kentucky.

Two bodies have been discovered during a search for missing pilots in western Kentucky. The plane was reported missing late Wednesday night while flying from Bowling Green to Owensboro. The Ohio County Sheriff’s Office stated that contact was lost with the tower during a severe thunderstorm. It is believed that the plane may have crashed into a heavily wooded area near Whitesville. Kentucky State Police later confirmed that the crash occurred off KY 764. Search units, both on foot and in the air, were deployed on Thursday, and the bodies were found around 10:30 a.m. The victims were identified as 22-year-old Timothy McKellar from Custer, the pilot of the plane, and 18-year-old Connor Quisenberry from Beaver Dam, a flight student.
