RevoluGROUP Canada Inc. has announced the appointment of Simon Tsu as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Corporate Secretary, effective from October 1, 2023. Tsu, a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), brings a wealth of financial experience and leadership to the role. He will be replacing outgoing CFO Jason Tong and Corporate Secretary Derek Sobel, who have resigned effective September 30, 2023. The company expresses their gratitude to Tong and Sobel for their contributions and wishes them success in the future. Simon Tsu is the principal of Athena Chartered Professional Accountant Ltd., an accounting firm that assists both private and public companies with financial reporting and regulatory filings. He is also a co-founder of Zeus Capital Ltd., a boutique corporate finance firm specializing in financial advisory and consulting services. Prior to his current roles, Tsu worked as an associate at a corporate finance firm and as a senior accountant at a firm of chartered accountants. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with honors in finance from the University of British Columbia Sauder School of Business and is both a CFA charterholder and a chartered professional accountant.
